Crescent Cold Brew is a small-batch cold brew business operated by BH Innovations Inc., 717 Ave X, Brooklyn, NY 11235. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it, in plain English.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email, phone number, and shipping address — because we need them to charge you correctly and get bottles to your door.
• When you join our email list or waitlist: your email address.
• Payment details: we never see or store your card number. All payment is handled by Stripe on Stripe's own secure pages; what we receive back is your order and the last four digits of your card.

What we do with it

• Fulfill and deliver your orders, and send you receipts and order updates.
• If you joined the list: send you your discount code, restock notes, and launch news. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing always works.

What we never do

• We never sell your information. To anyone. Ever.
• We never share it except with the services that make the store run: Stripe (payments and our customer list) and Cloudflare (website hosting).
• We don't run ad trackers, and this site sets no advertising cookies.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails anytime with the link in any email.
• Want your data deleted, or a copy of what we have? Ask — reply to any receipt or call (718) 644-7882 and we'll take care of it.
